ANAMAR has a
highly qualified, close-knit team of scientists and engineers with various
areas of expertise. This diversification of skills and knowledge is integral
to our success and ensures that each project is approached from various
perspectives. It also allows us to provide our clients with a project-specific
team of professionals that is especially suited for their particular needs.
Each staff member has individual experience in project design and management
and has organized and supervised many field efforts.
Below is a short profile of our principals and key
project managers:
Nadia Lombardero,
M.S. - President
Ms. Lombardero is ANAMAR's owner and President. She has been working
with various governmental agencies and managing a variety of large, complex
environmental projects since 1991. She has a B.S. in Chemistry from Texas
A&M University and an M.S. in Analytical Chemistry and Toxicology
from the University of Florida. Her areas of expertise include sediment
chemistry and toxicology, organic chemistry, QA/QC protocols, business
administration, project management, laboratory and field audits, and analytical
data interpretation.
Terence L. Cake, MBA, P.E. - Vice President
Mr. Cake is the Vice President of ANAMAR. He has
been working in the fields of water resources, environmental engineering,
and permitting with federal, state, and local agencies since 1992. He
has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida
and an MBA from Colorado State University. His areas of specialization
include hydrology, surface water quality, environmental biology, design
of water and wastewater treatment plants, and project management.
James T. McCullough, B.S. - Project Manager/Geologist
Mr. McCullough is a Geologist and has been working
in the environmental field since 2001. He has an A.S. in Environmental
Science from Santa Fe Community College and a B.S. in Geology from the
University of Florida. He has a strong background in geology, analytical
chemistry, data management, and field sampling methods. He also has extensive
experience in boating and navigation.
Fredrick V. Ramsey, P.E. - Professional Engineer
Since earning his M.S. Degree in Civil Engineering in
1978, Mr. Ramsey has participated in a broad variety of water resource
projects for public entities and private corporations, both within the
U.S. and at numerous international sites. These projects incorporate a
multitude of subjects including surface water hydrology, circulation and
mixing patterns, surface and ground water resources management, surface
and ground water quality management, statistical analysis, and computer
modeling. With this extensive background, Mr. Ramsey brings a great depth
of experience to the ANAMAR team.
Michelle E. Rau, M.S., P.W.S. - Project Manager/Ecologist
Ms. Rau is an ecologist and project manager
and has been working in the field of environmental science and research
since 1992. She has a B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation and an M.S.
in Soil and Water Science, both from the University of Florida. Her areas
of specialization include wetland ecology, water quality, plant taxonomy,
soil science, field sampling methods, and technical writing.
Christine T. Smith, B.A., GIS Analyst
Ms. Smith is a GIS Analyst and has been working in this field since 2002.
She has a B.A. in Environmental Geography from the University of South
Florida. Her areas of specialization include GIS, Spatial Analysis, GPS,
and multi-criteria decision analysis. Ms. Smith coordinates mobile GIS
applications and configures Trimble GeoXT GPS units for company use. She
provides instruction to field staff in data collection techniques, including
sub-meter data collection and differential correction. She performs spatial
analyses and provides GIS cartographic support for all projects.
Constance M. Steen - Business Development/Office
Manager
Ms. Steen has been working in the field of environmental
consulting since 1977. She specializes in client services, office management
and administration, project assistance, technical writing, editing, and
scheduling.
