The Department of the Air Force contracted ANAMAR to document the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process and produce a Supplemental Environmental Assessment that addresses the proposed siting and construction of the Military Information Support Operations (MISO) facility and associated structures on MacDill Air Force Base. Supporting structures consist of a parking lot, access roads, culvert, utilities, landscaping, and storm control features. As part of the Supplemental Environmental Assessment process, ANAMAR completed or assisted with the public notices, consultations with resource agencies and Native American Tribal representatives, received and responded to comments from various stakeholders including the Air Force, and submitted the draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment to the Florida State Clearinghouse.
