South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) contracted ANAMAR to conduct a MPRSA Section 103 Tier 1 evaluation concerning the extension of Department of the Army (DOA) permits for maintenance and new work dredging activities at four marine terminals for disposal at the Charleston Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS).

SCPA contracted ANAMAR to complete a Tier 1 Sediment Evaluation Report in order to obtain a three year extension of permits for maintenance and new work dredging at four marine terminals. ANAMAR prepared a Tier 1 evaluation based on the review of existing sediment data and prior testing results to demonstrate that sediment conditions remain suitable for ocean disposal in the Charleston ODMDS under current regulations.
